CUMPSTON CHARLES H. Age 95, of Bethel Park, on Wednesday, December 3, 2008. Beloved husband for 68 years of Violet E. (Newbould) Cumpston; loving father of Judith Lynne (Cliff) Shuler, William Louis (Marsha) Cumpston, and Kathy Jean Lapko; grandfather of Devon (Bill) Curtis, Brian Shuler, David (Mandy) Cumpston, Scott (Chrissy) Cumpston, Nicholas Lapko, and Jesse Lapko. Also survived by sister Helen Theobald, 5 great-grandchildren, and nephews Bill (Judy) Altman, Herbie Theobald, Gary Yochum, and Eddie Yochum. Charles was a member of the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Lifespan Senior Center, and the Gold Card Club. Retired after 37 years from The Monongahela Connecting Railroad. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-9 at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, where a service will be held on Saturday at 2pm. Interment Jefferson Memorial Park.
