Cumpston[e] entries in Shropshire, Staffordshire and the Welsh borders are numerous, but certain families are slowly emerging as being related. One line also has a direct descendency from the Brough in Westmorland line.
Thanks to some Cumpston relatives we have managed to piece together a number of distinct lines which can be seen under 'The Study' tab.
They include the following:
CUMPSTONs and the WONES 2 pages
Archie COMPSTON the golfer 2 pages
Thomas CUMPSTON of Ettingshall
William C[r]UMPSTONE of Montgomery and Manitoba
Midlands Tree 2 Francis CUMPSTON and 2 further pages of Francis history
Will of Mary CUMPSTON of Worthen
Please check out all these pages to see if you can help us make further connections.
You can also check out County births and burials. Marriages are still to be added.
