Pursuant to the Statute, 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims against or upon the estate of Henry Cumpston, late of " Gale Howe," Chestnut-hill, Keswick, in the county of Cumberland, Draper, deceased (who died intestate on the 15th day of
of August, 1909, and of whose estate and effects letters of administration were granted by the District Probate Registry at Carlisle of the High Court of Justice, on the 28th day of September, 1909, to Dora Cumpston, the widow of the said intestate), are hereby required to send the particulars thereof, in writing, to the administratrix, at my office. 37, Main-street, Keswick aforesaid, on or before the 14th day of January, 1910, after which date the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of tbe said Henry Cumpston, having regard only to the claims and demands of which she shall have had notice.—
