Florence Webber, daughter of Emma Jane Cumpston.

In the above photograph the baby in Florence's arms is Arthur Lowe, Brenda Harris's father, and the lady on the left is one of his sisters, Evelyn. Brenda thinks it looks as if it was taken outside a "caravan" - maybe at Withernsea. The other picture might have been taken on the allotment at the end of their street.

They lived at 90 Edgecumbe Street, Hull, and the allotments were at the bottom of the street. Brenda thinks she recognises the area as it is where she used to go with her grandfather,
and the houses in the background would be on Edgecumbe Street.
